Technical Support is open each morning from 8:30am before school and during both lunch breaks throughout the day. Most issues can be resolved within a few minutes of arrival.

Additional Technical Support
Parents now have the option to have additional Technical Support for their Students in the BYOx program.
The annual payment of $35 includes the following on top of the standard connection support:
Hardware Fault Diagnosing
Non-School related Software Diagnosing
General Troubleshooting
Data Recovery (if possible)
Short Term Loan device*
This can be purchased at any point in the year, via the QKR! app.
Payment of this fee is optional and will be used to provide additional technical support beyond initial connection and for a short-term loan of a device if this is required throughout the school year. Students who do not pay this fee will not have access to these additional services.
