Standard Technical Support Hours
Open each morning from 8:30 AM before school and during both lunch breaks. Most issues can be resolved within minutes.

Additional Technical Support – Optional Service
Parents now have the option to purchase Extended Technical Support for students in the BYOD program. This service provides extra troubleshooting and device support beyond the standard connection assistance.
Annual Fee: $35
Included Services:
- Hardware Fault Diagnosis
- Non-School Software Diagnosis
- General Troubleshooting
- Data Recovery (if possible)
- Short-Term Loan Device* (if needed)
This service can be purchased anytime during the year via the QKR! app.
📌 Important: Payment of this fee is optional. Students who do not opt in will still receive basic connection support, but will not have access to extended troubleshooting or loan devices.
