At Springfield Central State High, positive behaviour is celebrated! Our Springer Points system rewards students for demonstrating our school's core values: Respect, Responsibility, Resilience, and Positive Relationships. Every student has the opportunity to earn and accumulate points, leading to awesome rewards and recognition.
How Do Springer Points Work?
Springer Points are awarded on the spot by teachers when students demonstrate positive behaviour in the classroom, playground, or around the school. These points are cumulative, meaning the more you earn, the bigger the rewards!

How Can You Earn Springer Points?
In Care Class – Arriving on time, wearing the correct uniform, and being prepared.
In the Classroom – Engaging in learning, demonstrating respect, and being responsible.
In the Playground – Supporting peers, following rules, and creating a positive school environment.
Class Student of the Week – Recognising exceptional efforts and leadership.

Your hard work doesn’t go unnoticed! As you reach key point levels, you’ll unlock special rewards:
100 Points – Bronze Ticket + Postcard sent home
250 Points – Silver Ticket + Postcard sent home
500 Points – Gold Ticket + Special reward at assembly
750 Points – 2 Gold Tickets + Special reward at assembly
1000 Points – 3 Gold Tickets + Special reward at assembly
Bonus: Parents receive notifications when you hit milestone achievements!
House Competition & End-of-Year Rewards
Every point you earn also contributes to your House’s total score in the annual Springer Values House Cup! The house with the most points at the end of the year takes home the glory and the trophy.
Random Prize Draws! Students with high points are entered into exciting random draws for extra prizes every three weeks.
