Health and Physical Education (HPE) is a compulsory subject studied in Years 7 to 9 for one semester each year. The curriculum is designed to build foundational knowledge in Health, Physical Activity, and Personal Development.

Physical Activities
Students participate in a range of physical activities designed to develop fundamental movement skills, teamwork, and overall fitness. Activities include but are not limited to:

Bat and ball sports
Athletics
Touch football
Volleyball
Basketball
Through these activities, students enhance their physical literacy, coordination, and teamwork abilities, preparing them for an active and healthy lifestyle.
