4. Joining the Program

Step 1

Download the BYOD Student Charter form, print and complete last page of the document.

Have both Students & Parents/Guardians read and understand the documents before entering into the program.

Step 2

Once the BYOD Responsible Use Agreement has been signed, Please return the form to the IT Department located in the Library for processing. 

Step 3

If the form is handed in the IT Department it will be processed straight away. This enables students to get up and running as soon as possible.

 

Additional Technical Support 

Parents now have the option to have additional Technicial Support for their students in the BYOD program. 

The payment of $35 for the year includes the following ontop of the standard connection support:

  • Data Recovery (if possible)

  • General Troubleshooting

  • Hardware Troubleshooting

  • Software Troubleshooting

  • Warranty Job Processing

  • Loan devices

If you have not paid this fee, organise payment through the offic​e.

Payment of this fee is optional and will be used to provide additional technical support beyond initial connection and for a short-term loan of a device if the student breaks their computer. Students who do not pay this fee will not have access to these additional services. 

Tech Support is open from 8:30am before school and both lunch breaks
