4. Joining the Program

Step 1

Complete BYOD Survey sent to you via Email. if you have enrolled and you have not received this link yet please contact: IT_dept@springfieldcentralshs.eq.edu.au

Have both Students & Parents/Guardians read and understand the documents before entering into the program.

Step 2

Once the BYOD Survey has been completed your Student is ready to access the Schools Network. You can enrol their device if they know their Student Login details. ie Username and Password.

Additional Technical Support 

Parents now have the option to have additional Technicial Support for their students in the BYOD program. 

The payment of $35 for the year includes the following ontop of the standard connection support:

  • Data Recovery (if possible)

  • General Troubleshooting

  • Hardware Troubleshooting

  • Software Troubleshooting

  • Warranty Job Processing

  • Loan devices

Invoicing for this will happen after the Parent/Cargiver has completed the BYOD Survey and indicated they would like the additional support.

Payment of this fee is optional and will be used to provide additional technical support beyond initial connection and for a short-term loan of a device if the student breaks their computer. Students who do not pay this fee will not have access to these additional services. 

Tech Support is open from 8:30am before school and both lunch breaks
